Wonderful friendly and extremely helpful staff! I would definitely stay again when in Wakayama . The hotel is well located to the park and Castle.

All facilities were exactly as described, clean and functional.

Pro: good location as I am driving. Room is spacious. Con: sunrise is early and room is bright as this is a jap style room.

Pro: different flavors of bath. Con: no blackout curtain. Room is bright as sunrise is early.

Close to Wakayama Castle which is worth visiting. Stayed in Japanese style room which was beautifully maintained, large and extremely comfortable (at least for me). Hotel procedure a little old-style but in a good way (eg. you get a physical key instead of an access card) but this is a little more common in areas away from big urban centers such as Osaka or Tokyo

食事なしで利用しました。 対応も丁寧にしてくださり、お部屋は清潔感もありとても居心地がよかったです。

部屋が思っていたより広く、ゆっくり過ごせました。朝食は、郷土の素材を使った美味しい料理でした。

ホテル内、就寝時は静かだったのですが、冷蔵庫と暖房の音が気になって寝られず、切って落ち着いて眠る事が出来ました。 和歌山城のすぐ近くでロケーションは良かったです。 駐車場は有料ですが割引で1泊500円で駐車出来ました。

酒店設備同房間也比較舊，房間內的椅了及梳化的坐墊都已凹陷。幸好梳及枕頭都好舒適。

スタッフの対応が親切で良かった。
