Good location in front of Grand Mall, easy to find food, close to the market too, best location but limited room space.

The rooms are quite small without windows, but they are quite well-equipped, similar to hotels in Singapore or Japan. The location is excellent, opposite Grand Mal Batam and close (less than 100 meters) to the A2 food court and Batam City Square. Right next door (under the hotel) is the Astro food court and Circle K/Korner Cafe.

The hotel staff service is very friendly

Everything is fine for that price. The only thing I'm still confused about is the hairdryer, as it says there is one, but there isn't one in the room at all ❤️

Budget hotels which are located in the center of the city. Don’t expect anything extra, but everything is okay, especially the location.

The service is good, the room is clean, the bathroom is also good, nothing to complain about. If I go to Batam, I want to stay here again.

This location is very strategic, right in front of Grand Batam Mall, you can go everywhere just by walking.

It's a very good and comfortable place to stay while visiting the city. The service is excellent and the surroundings are also good.

For cleanliness, please upgrade to the next floor, there is a lot of dust on the top floor, the sleeping area and the pillows smell very bad.

Because it's close to food places and quicker to get everywhere, ok.

Recommended, strategic location surrounded by large Batam malls and culinary, until midnight there are still lots of delicious food around the hotel.

For the lowest price of around 250, it's a great deal, and the rooms are clean. Note: I didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't really rate it!
