The staff is friendly, check-in and check-out are very easy, the apartment is in a classy environment, parking is easy, and it's close to the city center.

I really enjoyed staying here. This was my first time renting an apartment. It was very satisfying... the facilities were complete, including a gallon of mineral water with a dispenser, a refrigerator, a rice cooker, a stove and kitchen utensils, a microwave, air conditioning, a water heater, an iron, and a hair dryer... it felt like home. Seven of us rented three rooms, with three additional extras at no additional cost. Check-in and check-out were easy. The apartment was clean, and most importantly, the bathroom. Next time we staycation in Bandung, I'll definitely stay here again...

This is my 3rd time staying here… The unit is nice, the room is spacious, all the amenities are there, clean, the sheets and pillowcases smell good, towels are provided too… And the price is also still affordable… If I go to Bandung city, I won't hesitate to stay here again… Thank you Apartment Parahyangan Residence by AYA Stays…

Sorry, I haven't had time to take a photo of this room, because we have moved to another room type because we initially booked it for the 21st to the 23rd, because our arrival in Bandung was moved forward, we only booked this type of room, but this type (superior 2 bed room) is also comfortable, definitely recommended at Parahyangan Residence👍

Highly recommended. My family really enjoyed staying here. The pool is beautiful, and we got a room on the 27th floor with an amazing view. Finding food was easy, and check-out was very fast. There's a gym and basketball court in the basement. It felt like home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and we slept very well. If we go back to Bandung, we'll definitely come back here. Thank you for making our vacation even more perfect.

The sheets and bedcover may be unclean, or even have mites, causing itchy skin. Amenities are minimal.

Friendly staff, good facilities, but the hot water in the shower is not enough for 3 people, it's already cold again. The swimming pool is great.

It would be better if there was a receptionist who was ready to serve 24 hours, free parking service for service users, flexible check-in and check-out assistance from time sessions.

The room is clean and quite spacious. Quite comfortable with friendly prices. The check-in and check-out process is easy, not complicated, no deposit, and the staff is quick to respond when needed. Next time I will stay again if I go to Bandung. Thank you❤️
