I’ve seen many reviews about how rude the reception is, but I don’t feel that to be honest. The reception lady and the guys are just doing what they need to do, informing things according to the rules of their employers. Kind enough to let me put my backpack and shopping bags inside their office while I go out and draw some cash. This hotel is enough for backpackers or anyone who just transit for a day like me and wants to have easy access anywhere in Downtown Tsim Sha Tsui. For a family? I don’t recommend. Though the way to the hotel is a little shady, but the room for me is enough to bath and sleep. Just need to prepare a towel yourself, a bath kit yourself. It’s a fair price for the services and access. The bed is comfortable, room is clean no dust, bathroom very clean. I have no complaints. For elevator? You just need patience, or you can do hacks using the stairs if you only bring a backpack. A suggestion: they have a policy to have a service charge 30HKD and a deposit according to the rules 70-100HKD, it depends on the type of room you order. So bring minimum 100HKD cash with you :) Wifi is very fast. Access to halal resto only 5-10 minutes walk. You can even find a lot of them downstairs. A tip from me: don’t nitpick everything in this hotel that is not to your taste. There are still good things their offer. Try to be more accepting that this is a fair price you pay for the services.
