The location is very strategic if you're going to do beach hopping around uluwatu. Clean and neat as well. However, during my stay there was electricity outage and the staff wasn't doing anything since they don't have a genset

Lokasinya enak banget strategis, sunyi. Buat yang takut anjing di sini aman banget ga ada anjing berkeliaran. Mulai dari lobby, pool dan kamar bersih. Cuma daerah tangga ke atas aja yang sedikit kotor. Kamar dan toilet nya wangi. Bed sheet juga bersih. Luas kamar oke masih muat tambah 1 extra bed. Sayangnya ga ada room service, ga ada resto. Tapi staff nya semuanya ramah dan helpful. Di sebelah hotel ada minimart yang buka sampai tengah malam.

The place is very suitable with the photos, the hotel is still new, the mattress is big and very comfortable, the room, bathroom, hallway, stairs, swimming pool, lobby are all very clean, the hotel is 2 floors and has no elevator, but my belongings are brought when I arrive and go home. There was also a problem with his room but the service was very fast and responsive. The people are very friendly. Car parking capacity is also adequate. Very satisfied staying at Ratan 👍
