No reception so very hard to get in when you dont have a phone

This was my second stay at Locanda le due Travi, and I chose to stay again for good reasons. It’s a beautiful, serene, and small place. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The restaurant is terrific, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. It’s located a short walk from the train station, right at the edge of the old city, so there are endless opportunities for shopping, dining, and activities. I look forward to coming back again many more times.

Friendly welcome and happy to look after my bags when I turned up early. Simple rooms with all the essentials present and correct. Not fancy, but good value, plus a pleasant breakfast buffet that you can eat outside.

Modern and clean rooms, super tiny, especially the shower cabin. Air conditioning is super noisy and you have to pull up your luggage an endless long stairways. They did refuse to store the luggage when I checked out on a sunday, since check out is already 10 am that means I couldn't tour the city any further that day because I was stuck with my luggage.

Tiny but comfortable.

First off, this isn't a hotel. Its 4 rooms above a restaurant. There was no shampoo or body soap and the hotel never provides a number to get in touch with them. This hotel also states that all rooms have hair dryers. Mine didn't and when I asked the gentleman who works at the restaurant, ge said he didnt have any extras. Breakfast was also fairly sparse. I've stayed in much better hotels in this town.

Such a great, small hotel. The owners are wonderful! It’s best if you speak Italian though; luckily I do.

Good location. Spacious, very clean and comfortable room

The hotel is really cute and unique with great facilities and the room was spacious and the bathroom was great. The breakfast could have been a little more substantial but that is okay, everything there was good quality and tasty.

Nice, quiet, affordable hotel with an excellent restaurant attached and plenty of dining options nearby. Central to all sites and train station, and lovely staff.

Personale gentile. Vicino alla stazione treni a piedi e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima di riprendere il treno. Centrale. Stanza senza aria condizionata. Colazione in sala buona e varia.

Struttura nuova, posizione comoda, centrale. Ideale per passeggiare in centro. Personale professionale, disponibile ed educato. Servizio di ristorazione ottimo. merita sicuramente una seconda visita ..!!

Ottima struttura

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Frühstücksauswahl sehr gering aber ok. Zimmer sauber, Klimaanlage nur mobil und sehr laut - in der Nacht mussten wir sie ausmachen was im Hochsommer sicher sehr heiß geworden wäre, Parkplätze gibt es nicht wie beschrieben auf dem Gelände. Entweder man hat Glück und bekommt einen kostenfreien Parkplatz auf der Straße oder man muss ins Parkhaus. Die Mitarbeiterin hat uns ins Autosilo geschickt und uns ein Ermäßigungsticket verkauft so dass 24std. nur 13 statt der regulären 20€ kosten. Die Lage ist perfekt für Erkundungen zu Fuß. Lokale und Supermarkt direkt daneben bzw. in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

É um Bed and Breakfast que fica em cima do restaurante de mesmo nome. O checkin foi bem difícil, pois não foi enviada nenhuma informação de como fazê-lo e o B&B não possuí recepção e no horário que chegamos, por volta das 15:30, o restaurante estava fechado. Acabamos por abrir o portão que entra no jardim do restaurante a apertamos uma campainha que achamos ser do B&B. Alguns segundos depois a porta foi aberta e aí então apareceu uma pessoa para nos receber. Passado esse susto o quarto era pequeno, mas já sabíamos disso e não nos incomodou. O quarto era limpo as roupas de cama e banho idem e de boa qualidade. Chuveiro com pressão e água quente. Café da manhã modesto, mas prático. Bem próximo a mercados e ao Centro Histórico. No fim, valeu o custo benefício.

A notre arrivée on me dit que ma réservation est pour 2 alors que nous sommes 3. Effectivement sur ma réservation il est stipulé une réservation pour 2 alors que ma demande a été faite pour 3. Pas de problème on peut rajouter un lit et payer 20 € pour l enfant + la taxe de séjour. A notre arrivée dans la chambre il y avait un lit d appoint sous le lit double. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Gros problème la climatisation est portative et pas adaptée à la superficie de la chambre. On a dormi la fenêtre ouverte avec plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correcte. Enfin pour finir sur un note positive, la logement est idéalement situé pour visiter Trento et le personnel est tres gentil. J avais oublié pas parking avec l hotel, le stationnement est payant de 8h a 19h30 pour 2€20 de l heure.
