I had paid expida for all my days that I was supposed to stay & I got charged extra $350 more so disappointed

We didn't get to stay and lost our money. We got there and needed to check in but front desk denied us checking in. We were 30 minutes early and needed the room ASAP. We went down the road and got in a room within 5 minutes, way better service and friendliness.

The only negative was at check-in. They were very nice but I was a single woman traveling and the clerk said my room number out loud and there were several people, men and women who were able to hear them announce my room number . This is a safety issue.9

Great hotel, very clean

Hicham, the general manager, greeted guests in the morning dining hall. What was most impressive is that he carried on a conversation with two french guests who didn't speak English. Upon speaking with him, we learned he also speaks 4 other languages! He was very kind and made our overnight visit that much more enjoyable. The hotel smelled amazing and was very clean.
