Nice cool hotel, clean and not too disappointing.

The hotel staff was unfriendly and rude, the room was dirty and dusty, the sink drain pipe was not connected properly so it leaked, the overhead shower water did not flow sometimes it was off and there was no water, many light bulbs were not installed so the room was dark, the sheets were dirty, the towels provided were torn.

Saya pesen 3 kamar, kalau kamar saya, hanya TV yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Tidak masalah sih soalnya cuma mau menginap saja, hanya saja 2 kamar lainnay AC-nya bermasalah tapi sudah ditangani dengan baik. Mungkin sprei dan sarung bantalnya agak kurang bersih, selebihnya oke-oke saja.
