The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak. The room wasn't soundproofed, so it was quite noisy outside in the morning, preventing me from sleeping.

Gotta love the experience of staying here. It's within walking distance to TRX and Bukit Bintang. The hospitality extended by the staff is exceptional. Everyone from the security staff, housekeeping, and restaurant are friendly! I personally love their sambal for the nasi lemak that they serve daily when I was staying there. And there was a gym too, although I didn't get to use it. I only had one minor difficulty, which is walking to the hotel from the nearest MRT station with my luggage, as the road can be quite small, many cars passing and there are gravels that made it hard to drag the luggage. Other than that, the stay has been fantastic! I will recommend this hotel to friends and relatives for sure!

The location is quite strategic, the room is clean, but not soundproof. I stayed on the third floor, and I could hear noise from the other room next door, especially the sound of the faucet running, making it difficult to sleep soundly. Please help me improve my comfort, as the room rates aren't cheap for this type of hotel.

The service was very impressive. The pavilion is relatively close, a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of eateries around the hotel. Breakfast is varied, but always includes nasi lemak. I'd definitely stay here again.

The lady (I forgot to check her name) at the reception was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. This hotel is within walking distance to TRX and Pavilion, very convenient. The security staff on the evening shift during our stay on August 27th was helpful and went beyond his job scope by helping us change our linen (the housekeeping staff had left for the day).

Soundproofing is really a concern here. I can hear people closing the door (as if closing my own door) and while the next room is taking a shower. The hotel is a bit old, but location-wise is not bad as it's within walking distance to a few famous eateries.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Requested additional towels and pillows at no extra charge, unlike some other hotels. Also flexible check-out time. Good location, close to Bukit Bintang and TRX mall. The room is a bit small, but the room design is really pretty. Free-flow drinking water instead of bottled water is my favorite. Highly recommend and would come back again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, but the menu wasn't extensive. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were also clean, with bidets. The location is convenient to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, the Monorail, and the MRT stations.

Located in the city center, about a 5-minute walk from TRX. The staff and receptionists were polite. The only issues were that the room smelled strongly of sewage and had poor soundproofing.

The room and beds are clean. Some parts of the bathroom grouts are brownish yellow. The shower gel is watery and one of the towels is raggedy, but it can easily be asked to be changed. The location is a bit of a walk, but still okay. The walls are thin; you can hear people even clicking the light switch, closing doors, and talking.

This place is highly recommended, it's close to everywhere.
