The room was clean and odorless, and the staff were enthusiastic and attentive. The buffet wasn't as luxurious as a 4-5 star hotel, but overall it was decent. The reception staff were friendly and flexible, assisting with a 30-minute late check-out without extra charge. Areas for improvement: The room's furnishings were a bit old (but acceptable). The real area for improvement was soundproofing. Children playing and adults talking in the hallway could be heard inside the room. Music from the hotel downstairs (or the neighboring building) could be heard in the room; luckily, I'm young and easily fall asleep. Overall, I would definitely choose Thuy Van Hotel again if I have the chance.

Convenient location near the beach. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit old. Amenities are somewhat lacking. Rooms don't have safes, and the refrigerator is broken. Water pressure is a bit slow. Breakfast is adequate. Considering the price and location, it's acceptable.

I returned to the hotel for the second time because the service I experienced the first time was very good. However, the second time, there were many things I was not satisfied with: 1. I booked and paid on the app, but when I checked in, I was informed that there were no more 3-person rooms, and upgraded to a 4-person room. Although it was larger, it did not have a sea view. The hotel explained that it was selling 2 types of rooms in parallel, but I really just wanted to stay in the type of room I booked. 2. The bathroom has a small, clear glass window that other apartment buildings can see into, while it is the bathroom, so why does it have a glass door like that? 🥲 3. My child did not know so he took 2 500ml bottles of mineral water from the fridge to drink, while I did not use the 4 free 335ml bottles of mineral water on the state but was still charged an additional 20k/bottle => the hotel needs to be flexible in this area. 4. The breakfast menu should be more diverse, the food is not very delicious. Plus points for the receptionist who welcomes and supports guests very enthusiastically.

Ngày mình đi, 8h mình xuống ăn sáng thì buffet khách sạn hầu như đã hết món ăn, chỉ còn ăn được trứng chiên, bánh mì và bún bò, sau mình là 1 nhóm tầm khoảng 4 người nữa, cũng không còn thức ăn... cũng hơi buồn, mình có hỏi là có châm thêm món ăn không, thì phụ vụ bảo rằng khách thông cảm vì số lượng chỉ nhiêu đó thôi ạ. Nên rút kinh nghiệm các bạn đi ăn sáng sớm hơn để không bị hết món nha. Còn dịch vụ cũng như phòng thì ok ạ, nhanh chóng gọn gàng. Mình đã đến nhiều lần và luôn chọn Thùy Vân vì nằm ngay vị trí thuận tiện...

Vũng Tàu là nơi gia đình mình đã từng sinh sống. Nên giờ tuy đã về Biên Hòa nhưng vẫn đến Vũng Tàu vào dịp cuối tuần rất nhiều. Và khách sạn Thùy Vân là nơi lý tưởng. Nhân viên rất dễ thương và cực kỳ tốt. Mẹ con mình đến vào lúc sáng sớm 7:30 vào gửi hành lý vì chưa đến giờ check-in và được bạn lễ tân xin số điện thoại để có phòng là gọi hai mẹ con đến check in sớm. Ôi mẹ con mới thong thả đi dạo được 1 tiếng thì em ấy đã gọi có phòng rồi về nhận. Tuyệt vời luôn á. Nhận sớm nhưng vẫn trả phòng đúng giờ mà không hề thêm phí. Thậm chí còn rất nhiệt tình mang cháo cho mình lúc đêm mình bị sốt. Lần tới ghé nhất định lại đến ở tiếp. Các bạn bình dân hãy ghé nhé.

Đây là lần thứ 2 mình quay lại khách sạn, mình thích nhất view ở đây, ngồi hay nằm cũng ngắm biển và thành phố thật đẹp. Mình cũng thích phong cách trang trí cổ điển của khách sạn mang lại sự trang trọng mà thân thiện nữa. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, thoáng mát, lên hình sống ảo hay sống thật cũng xuất sắc nhen, hihi. Nhân viên thì nhiệt tình chu đáo, đồ ăn ngon nữa, sảnh ăn rộng rãi view biển lớn, có bục tổ chức tiệc. Sự thuận tiện thì khỏi bàn, có thể bước ra là thuê được xe máy, xe máy điện hay bắt xe tuktuk dạo biển, có bãi xe rộng lớn ngay trước mặt luôn. Quảng trường cột cờ ngay trước mắt, đẹp dưới mọi thời điểm, bạn có thể tận hưởng các hoạt động như nhạc hội, lễ hội ẩm thực, xem pháo bông thì số 1 khỏi bàn, ngồi lê bờ kè, dạo công viên dọc biển hay bước xuống thềm chạm vào biển, họp nhóm ở các lán cafe thật thích. Lần này mình săn được giá tốt trên app nên lại được tận hưởng kỳ 1 kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời tại khách sạn Thùy Vân.
