Until the place was asked for an additional fee of 125. The reason was no longer collaborating with Oyo. Even though I already paid 136 for the application.

Already paid according to the application, at the location asked to add 140 thousand, on the grounds that the room price per night was 150 thousand. At first we refused, but considering it was late and we brought a small child, we finally gave in and paid an additional 14orb. Very not recommended! Please be careful if staying at this hotel.

The hotel is not clear at all, there are no towels, the bathroom is dirty. The bed linen looks like it hasn't been replaced in a long time. Changed rooms because it was not good. Water dead all day. No showers. It's really really bad.

Sangat sangat kecewa dengan hotel ini, awal saya pesan 3 kamar tapi yang tersedia hanya 2 kamar. Mau saya cancel tapi sudah tidak ada waktu karena saya juga bawa keluarga besar, akhirnya terpaksa saya ambil yang 2 kamar. Yang 1 kamar saya ingin refund tapi uang 1 kamar yang saya minta refund entah bagaimana nasibnya. Pihak owner hotel juga di telpon susah sekali tidak diangkat. Sangat sangat rugi. Baru kali ini dikecewakan sewaktu menginap. Benar-benar merugikan. Pelayanannya sangat lambat. Maaf tp ini jujur. Untuk yang mau pesan hotel ini, lebih baik jangan. Daripada kalian harus kecewa, karena banyak customer yang kecewa juga sewaktu saya menginap di sana banyak yang komplain.

The rooms provided are not the rooms on the display. We asked the hotel the reason because everything was booked. If everything has been booked, why are there still 5 rooms left in the application? If everything has been booked, the application should be dull too. Such hotel conditions do not deserve to exist for an application of this magnitude. Sorry I'm very disappointed.

Payment has been made via transfer but still asked for an additional fee, the room is dusty, the water does not flow in the morning during the stay and the staff is not responsive. Disappointed.

The building does not exist is still under construction. The owner could be contacted but we were thrown into various unclear places.
