The staff is friendly and kind. Every time I go to Jogja, I always stay here for two nights. But this time, I was a little disappointed because the AC dripped onto the pillow, the sink overflowed and leaked, and the bathroom drain was not working properly. Just a suggestion, guests staying for two nights should get mineral water, snacks, and toothpaste for two days too. But otherwise, it's comfortable and clean. I like the scent of incense because it's classic ☺️.

The location is very strategic, directly across from the station, you can drag your suitcase. The atmosphere is cozy like the old days, the cleanliness is very good, but the bathroom door, my goodness, hha, is very complicated because it is a bit difficult to drag. The capital to fix the door is not much, please fix it. If it is correct, it will be more comfortable and will also attract more visitors. Soft mattress, comfortable AC. Not very soundproof if someone talks in the hallway. Only ants often appear on the table. The staff is quick to respond. Suggestion, please be friendlier in communication tone with male staff.

Late check-in due to a flight delay. The incompetent male receptionist didn't help carry luggage to the room. Amenities were lacking, with no tea or coffee available, only two 330ml bottles of mineral water. Booked a superior room on a long weekend. I wanted to borrow an iron, but there wasn't one. The location is quite strategic, though.
