Not maintained, and very dark conditions in the hallway

Kotor, kamar mandi mampet pembuangannya, AC bocor, bau.

Very dirty. Smelly pillow. Sheets like not replaced. The entrance to the hotel is difficult. The hotel hallway is dark.

In the application there is no breakfast, in fact we are accused of stealing the AC remote, the room is rotten, especially the bathroom is fishy, the waiter is curt.

The hotel staff is very unfriendly, the facilities are not appropriate.
