This hotel is located in the city center, close to the Sumenep Palace, museums, batik shops, and Madurese culinary spots. However, the hotel is not very clean and well-maintained. The water heater doesn't work. It's been reported, and they say it's fine, but there's still no hot water. Management needs to be more enthusiastic about doing their best.

It says the room is non-smoking, but when you enter the room there is a cigarette smell, the bathroom is not very clean and the bathroom floor is slippery.

It's incredibly comfortable and affordable, close to Sumenep's town square. The food is also delicious.
