The hotel is small, about 2.5 stars, not 3.5 stars as advertised. It's not too far from the city center, about a 5-minute motorbike ride to the Old Quarter. The room was clean, but didn't look like the pictures; it was much smaller. Basic amenities were sufficient, but the refrigerator was empty. The room had poor soundproofing. The swimming pool was quite murky and dirty, I didn't dare use it. The breakfast wasn't good and had limited choices.

The staff was super welcoming and friendly. The rooms were big and clean and the experience as a whole was great.

1/ I accepted paying more for a river view room, but they were fully booked, so I had to switch to a rice field view room. Okay, I accepted that, but the receptionist at the tour information desk was rude and had an extremely poor attitude towards guests. It's unacceptable. Poor service. 2/ The room wasn't soundproof, it was incredibly noisy. Going on vacation felt more tiring than going to work. 3/ The room smelled bad; the toilet pipes were emitting a foul odor. 4/ The location is nice, overlooking the river and very pleasant. The breakfast was also good. But the receptionist was so rude that I forgot all the other positive aspects of the hotel. :)

Because we stayed on May 1st, the room price was double, check-in time was too long, the hotel is rated 3.5* but there was no welcome drink... the receptionist was friendly and the indoor swimming pool was cool

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Although there was a little problem, the hotel enthusiastically supported and resolved it promptly. The room was clean, the surrounding space was airy. I got to meet and talk with friendly foreign tourists who also lived here.

This was very awesome, I had a perfect time here. It was a good experience.

When arriving, the staff were very enthusiastic, gave specific and clear instructions and were friendly. The lobby was airy and spacious, and there was a super nice swimming pool inside. I had a super clean and beautiful room for 1 night. The breakfast was delicious and quite reasonable for the price. If I go to Hoi An, I will return to the hotel many more times.

Choose this hotel because we want to enjoy Hoi An more. And this choice is good. Even the distance from old town is a bit far but still walkable for us. The room. Is spacious and clean. AC is cool enough. This is important since the weather is very hot outside. The bathroom is clean and tidy, even had bathtub, shower area with muslim friendly faucet so can take wudlu easily and closed with shower jet also. The reception (Mr. Lee) is very helpful and informative. Can ask him anything about Hoi An situation and even spot of culinary. You can walk 50 m from hotel to get water or snack at small groceries. Also walk along river in the morning to have fresh air. It's very fun to stay in this hotel.
