The hotel was a really nice place to stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were also comfortable and had everything I needed.

This is an excellent choice of hotel for both business and tourist stays. Centrally located and within close proximity to shops, restaurants and attractions. Palacio's rooms are kept to a high standard and housekeeping is first class. Great breakfast options. The location of Hotel Palacio couldn't be better. It is in the heritage district and easily accessible to food, transportation, and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, especially Rochelle. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to be helpful. Rochelle truly knows hospitality (!!), but the entire staff was amazing. This is definitely THE place to stay in downtown Paramaribo.

The property and staff were great, we had an inconvenience due to an AC not working and it was handled very professionally.

Decent place need some upgrading , they need to do some spraying to control the mosquitoes

The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback was that there is no in room safe to keep your passport and other valuables secure.

Hotel Palacio was amazing. I really enjoyed my stay there.

This was a very nice experience, the hotel is situated very close to the eating and shopping area which is very convenient. Supermarket is near by bank as well. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is very nice.

Quiet hotel, great staff and right in the middle of the town which makes most things accessible.

Great service

Extremely disappointed. The bed was collapsing on one side and was extremely uncomfortable. When brought to the attention of the reception, they said "must be the mattress" and left. The toilet ceiling was broken, shower extremely old and fridge not even plugged in. On the second day they didn't even come to service the room. The AC is extremely noisy as it's really old. The only plus side is the location right in the centre.
