The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was quite clean, although a bit small. There was a small refrigerator, but it wasn't very functional. If you remove the card, it automatically shuts off, so drinks you left inside wouldn't be cold when you returned. But overall, it's worth the price.

This is my fourth stay at this hotel because it's easily accessible and close to everything. The price is very affordable.

Across the hotel there is a RM with chicken rice and vegan food. Next door and across the street there is a pharmacy too. It's also close to the pavilion, even closer to Jalan Alor, behind the hotel there is a plaza. Only the noise can be heard a bit.

The AC was leaking and no one was cleaning the room.

The location is very strategic, even 700 meters to the Pavilion, it's as close as the alley in front of your house. The staff is quite friendly, check-in and check-out are easy, and finding food is easy. There is live music next door, but it's not disturbing as long as the music is on point. I'll definitely stay here again.

The sheets weren't changed, and the pillowcases weren't absorbent. The room wasn't cleaned. The toilet was dirty. Not recommended.

This is my second stay at the Bitz Bintang Hotel. I keep choosing this hotel because of its strategic location, close proximity to everything, and most importantly, they provide scales for weighing your belongings. So, you don't have to worry about overpacking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff was helpful but rude. The room was comfortable, but the window fell off when opened. If possible, they would have warned me not to open it.

The staff is terrible, especially the receptionists, both male and female. The toilet is broken, the water leaks, the sink is wobbly, the place is noisy, there are lots of cobwebs in the room, it's dirty, the bed is bad, the room can accommodate four people but it's cramped. The receptionist is unreliable.

My stay was absolutely flawless! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and featured a comfortable bed. I also loved the location—it's very central and close to great restaurants, like nasi hainan cheemeng. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!
