Room does not match order

Why do we have to wait until 5 o'clock for a welcome drink at a soiree? It's not a welcome drink anymore.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the gym is open 24/7, and the rooftop is also cool. The rooms are also soundproofed so there's no noise.

The staff's friendliness was the highlight for me. The room was spacious and bright, aesthetics were wonderful and calm. Food variety is good and has subtle luxury taste, not very sweet. Keep it up!

I stayed here for 5 nights, overall everything was good except for 1 thing that was missing. As a woman, I really need a mirror and light. There are 3 mirrors here, 1 in the bathroom but the lights are very dim, 1 right in front of the bathroom door is a big mirror but the lighting is also very poor, there is 1 more above the refrigerator which is really bright but not comfortable to dress up because there is a distance between the body and the mirror. As an input, there is no need to add a mirror, just the mirror light in the bathroom please be lighted, or the big mirror in front of the bathroom should have a light above the mirror. So that women don't have difficulty dressing up. Please, hopefully when I come back here again it will be better. Thank you

Besides the staff being responsive and agile, the food is delicious.

Overall, I had a satisfying stay at this hotel. Direct access to Pakuwon Mall was also a plus. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel location is very strategic, access to public facilities, malls, ATMs, Gramedia, places of worship (Chapel), restaurants, etc. Four Points Pakuwon will always be my and my family's choice when on vacation.

It's very convenient, being located above the Pakuwon Mall, so you can just go downstairs for food. We were also able to check in before 3:00 PM, as the room was already ready. The breakfast was varied and delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm planning a staycation in West Surabaya.
