Very beautiful, comfortable, and clean environment.

nice.. location a bit far from city, but near the ferry terminals. Singapore view, nice at night.

Recommended accommodation around Sekupang Harbor, Batam, with a villa view facing the sea with a view of Singapore city as the best background, as well as friendly staff service.

A resort that is not boring, lots of activities, even the main course for breakfast changes, the staff is friendly, basically I am satisfied with my vacation here

There was a request for the room that was wanted but it wasn't made so it was less than pleasant to receive the service when booking.

Good for healing with family. Unfortunately, when it rained, I couldn't swim.

The room is very small and lacking of spaces to store anything. To hang the clothes is on top of pantry area which could make the food/anything dirty under it. I checked in at night and the lamp in front my room is dark, tried to call the hotel staff and they said they will fixed it but they didn't.
