We stayed 5 nights and everything was fantastic. Small problem with the room at check in but was corrected quickly and professionally! Would definitely go back!

Loved our stay here. Villa was amazing and clean, staff exceptional especially our butlers Toby and Lennox and Shannie the waitress at the pelican buffet. Great food, amazing staff, great drinks and overall wonderful experience. They made my birthday stay amazing.

The swimming area on the beach was small and shallow..

The property overall is good to stay. The bed is firm super firm so our sleep wasn't the best. Overall experience staff was very warm and friendly super helpful. For the food I wish they had better options. The Moonstone restaurant was the Best. Jerk on the Beach Beef Patties. Great The BEST PART OF OUR TRIP WAS THE EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WARM SPIRIT,GENUINE HUMAN BEING WHO LOVES HIS JOB. MR.WILFORD BERNARD I WISH YOU NOTHING BUT THE BEST IN LIFE SIR. YOU ARE A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF HARD WORK AND LOVING WHAT YOU DO. I hope your Managers honor you i know it takes a village but Mr.Wilford is a Gem thank you Sir.

Butler services not worth the extra cost!

Solo Traveler, This property was recommended from a coworker who was there with here family. As a solo Traveler the staff there made me feel so included from the start. The young lady at the registration desk, I think her name was Adine, who gave me a great room looking over the ocean and mountains. To the fabulous Spa, Loretta I love you,Great spa ladies. Variety of food,beautiful beach. Just fabulous vaction. Thank you. I Highly recommended Resort for families as well as solo travelers.

Customer service was spectacular! The staff was very kind and attentive.

They need more fruits and a little more variation on the food

Everything was so amazing From the property condition to the services. Everything was so amazing. The staff made sure that you were taking care of if you needed anything and the resort is very nice. I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to come back again.

The resort was beautiful. We had an ocean front suite that had a kitchen area. There were no dishes, silverware, or dish soap. That was an inconvenience. The room smelled musty. I sprayed fabreeze on the furniture, drapes, etc. happy I had it with me. Overall the beauty and weather were wonderful. We would go back again.

I didn’t like anything about this property

Absolutley wonderful time. Best food we have ever had at an all inclusive. The steaks were amazing...and the creme brule at the steakhouse was the best I have tasted anywhere. Ocean was beautiful as were the pools. Our oceanfront room was C601 and we had a perfect view and all hot water worked great. Rachael was our housekeeper and was stellar! All the wait staff is so kind. We had Winston twice at the steakhouse and he was very sweet. You wont regret this stay! I would say our only challenge was there were a lot of stairs which was a challenge to navigate with our stroller and 18 month old. Everything is accessible, you just have to find your way and familiarize yourself with the easiest ways to go.

Room was very dated. Front desk staff called on 3 occasions and never seem to have the correct information which became annoying. Staff in the dining room was courteous however you had to seek their attention
