The staff at this hotel were excellent. The manager, Joseph was very helpful and professional. He even took me to a clinic when I had a medical issue and waited for 2 hours while I was assessed. Nice rooms, excellent meals, and a lovely pool.

Nice hotel, with a decent size room and a good enclosed balcony. Good shower, but it is a wet room, so everything got wet when you used it. The staff is very nice. There is a restaurant with good food at fair prices. You can see Kilimanjaro here on a clear day.

Place was very nice , clean , safe .Stuff helped us carry heavy suitcase upstairs .Breakfast was good .Woudl come back any time

As part of our honeymoon, we spent one night at the hotel. The staff had prepared a lovely romantic decoration in our room, which was a wonderful surprise. Communication with the hotel was excellent — they responded quickly to our emails and even offered transport from the airport at a very reasonable rate. We arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning, so we didn’t get to use many of the hotel facilities. The restaurant food was very nice, and we really appreciated that the hotel called us during our trip to ask if we wanted to pre-order dinner for our arrival — such a thoughtful gesture. Overall, a short but very pleasant stay.
