Extremely modern, clean, and 5* facility. Pool is beautiful but not heated. The staff are beyond friendly and professional. They are clearly well trained in hospitality with everyone greeting guests no matter what. There is an onsite farm that provides all the vegetables and coffee to the hotel. The staff provided a tour ad hoc (I was just walking by and they asked if we wanted a tour). The food is excellent and not bad value. They are doing roadwork right outside the hotel property but you can’t hear anything on the grounds or in the room due to the lush vegetation. Overall, 5/5. Would come back but maybe when it’s a bit warmer.

Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise . They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here. All my friends thanked me for booking this hotel for our stay in Arusha

The view was spectacular. The resort was very well kept.

A beautiful hotel, welcoming staff and great facilities. I especially liked the coffee plantation, Sanaa workshop, and vegetable patches. Really comfortable beds.

Our stay at Gran Meliá Arusha was simply outstanding and far exceeded everything we could have imagined. The infinity pool is spectacular, perfectly integrated into the surroundings and ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. The gardens are lush, impeccably maintained, and simply beautiful, creating a peaceful oasis that makes you forget the outside world. But what truly made our experience extraordinary was the exceptional level of personalized service, especially from Daniel Ramos, Guest Experience Manager. His dedication went far beyond what anyone could expect. When I lost a personal object that seemed almost impossible to recover, Daniel did not stop until he found it.
