Hotel does no have elevators and staff do not help with your luggage…

Walking distance to centro of Ambato, restaurants and shopping

Room is small and the condition of room is not great. Mold is evident on bathroom ceiling and the walls and floor are not so clean. Noise from adjoining rooms and hallway are very easily heard.

Hotel is full of mold. It is old and run down. Door handles were falling off room doors. The rooms were filthy. There was no secure parking. We were unable to stay there and they refused to refund our money. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nearby church with noisy people. Uncomfortable parking and busy área.

I think it is fine. Good price. Good service. They allow pets, very good. Bathroom good, abundant hot water; but a extracting fun is needed. Unfortunately, they need to worry a little more on cleanliness. Some parts of the property is dusty. The good news is that this problem is easily to solve. After solving it I am sure several guests including me will rate much more higher than now. Thanks

We arrived tired and weary from a long bus ride. The hotel welcomed us with tea and coffee in the lobby. Our rooms were ready and sparkling clean. We had a short but pleasant stay in Ambato.

Terrible todo. Limpieza, accesorios del baño papel higiénico mala calidad. No recomiendo este lugar

El hotel cumplió con absolutamente todo lo indicado.

La única observación es que la habitación que nos asignaron era muy pequeña. Los demás servicios estuvieron muy bien

El hotel muy bonito y cómodo y estaba cerca de la terminal y estación del tren, lo malo las adecuaciones a las habitaciones no están adecuadas el armario no cerraba y el problema de cañeria muy malo con el olor no se podía descansar bien lamentablemente.

El baño estrecho, mal distribuido el espacio en el cuarto, el jugo del desayuno pésimo.

Las fotos del hotel fueron engañosas, una habitación extremadamente pequeña y sin ventanas.

Faltaba un poco de limpieza en las sabanas, una de las almoadas estaban manchadas. La atencion fue buena.

Primero que nada la reserva no se había registrado,por lo tanto al llegar al hotel me dieron la única habitación disponible que era "más económica",lo cual significó encontrarse con una habitación incómoda,sucia y para nada como las fotos que se muestran en Internet,sumado a esto el descomedimiento del recepcionista.
