We where transiting through Osh on our way to Dushanbe and I have to say it was a pleasant surprise and a very nice stay at Level hotel. The hotel looks newly renovated, very clean and comfortable with exceptionable service. We arrived late at night, around midnight, but still we had pizza and drinks in our room 15 minutes later. I will definitely use this hotel again if we are ever in Osh.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean,comfortable and new rooms. Good breakfast. The is not much in the area around the hotel,some shops and some basic places to eat. 10-15 min. walk to the center of the city. Not far to walk to the museum on the mountain. Good value. Cheap and good laundry service. I would stay here again.

This is more of an overnight stay than a hotel. In poor condition, not clean carpets, bad breakfast with stale bread, broken coffee machine, joinery falling apart. Nice but not professional staff. That the rating of this place of accommodation has such high ratings, shows more how poorly Hotels.com controls the ratings given. Rating 9.6 on this place of accommodation does not correspond to reality and is misleading.
