Clean room. Nice staff. Not the greatest of beds, but it will do. The 2 things i would recommend that's an easy fix. Have a iron in the room or iron on request. Cold water in the lobby.

We asked about the airport shuttle and they said we had to call an Uber. That is one of the reasons, I can't post higher. The majority of the staff were very kind and nice. We weren't offered any breakfast, if it was included, we weren't told about it. We had booked a room with hotels.com in advance for a great price. When other plans fell thru we stayed the night before as well, so we wouldn't have to move rooms. We paid a lot more since it was same day. When we arrived very friendly lady, said we would probably want to upgrade room, but would show us the room we paid for. It was musty smelling and some mosquitos lingered. So, we went with the upgrade as it was a minimal cost. The room was beautiful and the air conditioning was on and it was great. The bed was extremely hard, I like a firm, but this was really hard. In the morning, we told the front desk gentleman we didn't need our room cleaned, but we would like our two complimentary waters to take to pool. He said he would send someone out with them and towels. Then, he said we had to upgrade to stay in room for the next night. We understood, but it was a large price for upgrade, we went to hotels.com to see if we could just upgrade, as we paid under $95, a room avsilable for $147, it showed only $40 more but we're told we had to cancel and rebook, where when we did that it ended up being $226. So we did want help with that, please. When checking out we were told we owed $ for the waters. Tried to reason but didn't.

Was a bit disappointed by some of the new front end staff n 2 new ladies upfront.Instead of being accommodating as a foreign guest i was not 100 percent happy with my room ...i was told i booked thru expedia and if i didnt like my room i need to rebook directly or pay the difference to her as they did not receive the full amount what i paid online. Also i would need to pay for breakfast in a standard room. This was disheartening because i stayed here before and had such a pleasant experience and even complimentary breakfast. Although this occurred, on my 2nd day the GM contacted me via WhatsApp to address my concerns and even had a manager on staff to talk to me. They then moved me to a room upstairs to rectify the issue and apologize for front desk. This is the reason i stay at the cabin hotel. Although it didnt start as a positive experience they turned it around to make it a better one.

I loved all the staff members. I had one of the best rooms in the whole hotel. The hotel driver Shadrack was very nice and on time. No problems with the wi-fi at all. I'm considering a family reunion for next year. Of course I will be staying at the Cabin Hotel. ?But i will be back to visit within the a year. Thank everyone for a job well done.

The rooms were not as advertised. The entire hotel was dirty, paint chipped, drawings on the wall. The Bed in the standard room is advertised as a queen, however it is a double. The staff are extremely rude and patronising. Unwilling to help and kept making their own jokes whilst we were stressing out. The hotel manager decided he would no longer answer his phone after we questioned why his website depicted a different standard to the reality. The rooms had not been cleaned and after being shown 3 more rooms we realised the that none of them had been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting hotel standards.

My main problem was the water temperature in both sinks were extremely hot after a minute of running. I was not able to adjust it no matter what I did, or which way I turned the head. I had to brush my teeth and wash face with bottle water. My room faced the pool area, but the view was also obstructed with the wooden grid panel of the building. Pool area was not inviting and looked very unkept. The room was clean, AC worked great, bed was average, wifi connection was good as well. I liked that it had microwave and fridge. The TV had lots of channels but most of them had no signal to play. The free shuttle didn't operate before 7:30am, so I had to pay for an Uber ride at checkout. Overall this was a good enough budget hotel. Front desk personnel Mr. Bless was courteous, friendly and professional.
