1st time in Savannah, and it was an excellent experience.

We absolutely loved staying here,

Loved the vibe in the lobby. Our son (age 2) was so excited to see the dinosaur. Loved the complimentary water/champagne at check-in. Our room was huge and we loved watching ships go down the River. Just a few things they could improve… We were told our luggage would be brought up shortly after check-in and 2 hours later I had to call to be brought to our room. Our lock on our door kept sticking which made it difficult to close. When we arrived to the room the heat was on. It was HOT. Should be an easy fix. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time

The best and nicest hotel my family has ever stayed at. This is the single nicest and best hotel we've ever stayed at. We will not stay anywhere else in Savannah.

Everything was resort perfect the gym, the pool, the accommodations and restaurants! The staff was amazing as well. The spa was a bit small for the type of place this was and the cost.

Museum quality artifacts displayed in abundance. Extremely helpful staff and the property is kept updated and very clean. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in Sevannah.

The Amenities were great, but the booking wasn't the one I requested with Expedia. I requested the Loft for the entire stay, but was not afforded the room for the entire stay! I was very disappointed.

My family has stayed at many JW Marriott and this one by far was in a class of its own. My family still talks about how awesome the hotel was.

I loved the property and its three different buildings! Our son is attending SCAD in a few years and this will definitely be our hotel of choice!

Great area with great rooms and food options

Was a quick but fantastic stay! Easy access to the river walk and an easy walk to the rest of the downtown historic district. The pool was perfect and such a nice relaxing area. Yolanda was very helpful at the pool bar
