Decent hotel.

Close to newson park. Stafff were very friendly & the breakfast was VFM and appeertiizing

Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel parking is fine and the hotel is clean and tidy. I was very disappointed to see that the multiple bed room I booked and paid extra for was a single and a double when the advertised photo shows a double and two singles which is what I expected. The third bed was a slide out bed on the floor which wasnt made and had no bedding. I had to source the bedding and after 2 attempts of getting all this dropped off I decided to make it up myself. It was an overnight stop off mid journey so I put up with it as my daughters were tired and didnt want a room change, but the room I received isn't, in my opinion, the room I booked.

The toilet seat was dirty and broken. The handwash holder was hanging off the wall and there were bloodstains on a hand towel.

Great stay - clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff.

You wouldnt think it's a motorway services- quiet, clean, easy to park and the staff are really friendly. Plus 24 hour bar 😁

Paid extra for a late check out but got woken up by a phone call at normal check to ask why we weren’t out! Not even an apology from the young man concerned!

Has this hotel is on a services so you have plenty of places to eat. There is a park for the kids which is great. The surrounding area around the hotel for you to have a walk if that’s what you like. Hotel rooms were nice and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Quiet room, comfy mattresses, cleaning was adequate,great parking and plenty food options at the services next door. The play area outside was a big hit with our son. We would stay again.

Unfortunately the twin bed room we were in. The bed was the worst on the planet. Had the worst night ever - couldn’t wait to get out. Breakfast was £11 for both of us was pretty cold and basic, scrambled eggs looked off.

Bad points: Cleanliness was below average - coffee mugs not cleaned and residue left inside. I had to clean it myself. Toilet had stains from you know what. Again, i had to clean. Gym, though not a deal breaker, was just a running machine, cross trainer and an indoor bike. I was expecting a bench and weights. My 4 day stay would have been more enjoyable if i could start my day with a workout. The 'gym' was one of the reasons for me choosing this hotel. Good points: parking convenience, restaurants next door, a nice outdoor space with kids' playground.

cleaning is poor. smudges on glass. brown toilet bottom. dust on tops of pictures ,mirror,tv. all together abad effort from the cleaners.

Handy location to break our journey. Will be back.

Great location and beautiful garden and childrens play area, couple of small issues were fixed very quickly

The hotel is nice, liked that there is a playground and loads of eating options in the food court. When we arrived at the hotel one of the beds was not made up they offered us another room and the same problem was in that room too. Also the sink was blocked in the bathroom the sink would full up everytime we washed out hands and took a long time to go down after.

This is a great budget hotel. Travelodge pricing, but proper hotel quality.
