Front desk staff speak fluent English! The cleaning lady was super fast to clean our room. The location is superb, super close to the station, and has many things nearby.

Aircon in the room. During my stay in April, the centralized air conditioning was too warm, even with the window open. Opening the window also brought in noise from the roadside, including car horns, conversations, and people dragging luggage. An extra fan would be helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Since we arrived earlier than expected, we asked if we could check in early, and the kind manager allowed us to. The room was well-equipped, and the location was very convenient, right next to Busan Station and near a bus stop, making it easy to get to tourist attractions. There were also many delicious restaurants around the hotel; it's a shame we only stayed one night and couldn't experience them all.
