The staff was helpful. The view near the river with the buildings around during sunrise is wonderful.

The comfort was okay, but our room, which was next to the elevator, had a gap in the door that let in outside air. It was raining and windy, so we felt cold even with the AC and air purifier turned off. The bathroom curtain also smelled quite bad.

It’s rare to find an affordable room with a bath in Tokyo. You also get a bento for breakfast, which was really nice. I highly recommend staying at Livemax—the staff were really helpful, and the location is close to Asakusa Station.

Its location near Asakusa's attractions, close to the train station and near the elevator, is very convenient if you have a lot of luggage and are traveling by train.

Everything is minimalist and the facilities are very standard for a 2-star hotel. You can't refill drinking water 🥲 But the view to see Tokyo Sky Tree is good and it's very close to the station.

The location is close to Sensoji Temple and a 3-minute walk to the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for those staying in the Asakusa area with large suitcases or babies, as it's close to the train station and has an elevator.

Great location. The balcony offers a clear view of the Sumida River and Tokyo Skytree. There's a convenience store nearby and it's close to the train station.
