It was an amazing stay! Very clean and updated, comfy bed and pillows. We had a great view in 310.

Really nice resort, lovely staff and well placed for the Mambo Beach area. Our deluxe bungalow was super! We did have an issue with our shower initially, the bungalow had 2 wet rooms and the master wasn’t draining water away properly causing the room to flood. The staff responded to our issue quickly. Cleaning is done every other day with towels and bedding changed as well. The bungalow also came with a BBQ which has to be hired with the lower grade bungalows but was included in our package. We had a hire car but talking to other residents at the resort it’s very easy to get around by publication transport. The resort offer a courtesy service to a local supermarket for those not driving. Overall very good, would recommend.

The room was clean. Housekeeping services every 2nd day which was good! The wifi worked well. The kitchen included almost everything needed except we were missing a few essential tools including a spatula. It would have been nice to have dish soap. The coffee cups are the European/Dutch style and very small. The grounds looked clean and were generally well kept but the iguana poop on the pool deck was not always cleaned up. Parking was good and directly beside our room. Because we did not book directly with Bon Bini, we were only given a beach access card and had to pay for the chairs at a rate that was higher than chair rentals at other nearby beaches. We were not permitted to use the beach area without renting the chairs. It would have been nice to know this beforehand.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful cottage. I think it would be helpful to have a soap container at the kitchen and bathroom sink to wash hands.

Clean room, kind staff, beautiful property. Only thing was there’s no extra blankets or comforters on the bed, it’s just a thin sheet.

A Perfect family vacation resort. Very Nice staff, and welcoming. Highly recommend it.

The property shows as if the beach is on the resort. Its not. You have to walk 5 mins off thr resort across a parking lot thru a shopping center to the beach. The give you A beach access pass, however, you dont need beach acess pass because its a public beach. The beach access passes does not even allow younhave a chair or umbrella. We paid 15 dollars per chair per person. 2 people is 30 a day. The internet is very spotty. It didnt work more than half the time. Also, you cant use the air conditioner unless you leave the key card in. The key card is hook to the door lock which means everytime you leave out the air does not stay home. So you come back to very hot house every evening. Did not even receive any information on check in about the amenities on arrival. Pretty much had to freestyle around. I never ever leave reviews because I'm a young person and pretty much always satisfied. But this wasnt what I thought

It was great, the lodge has everything we need it We ask for one with kitchen and it has all the appliances there. It is in front of Mambo beach boulevard, you have plenty of options for eat, drinks and rumba. also there are 3 beach clubs there you can choose yours. Hotels has a pool, but we didn´t use it. but the beaches are other thing, you can go to banda abou using public transportation or dirving. The personal was more than extraordinary, I had no complains, I really congrats your works.

Ask for room 312 for larger families

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was I locked the safe (instructions were in Dutch ;) ) fixes immediately the next morning with a smile. They are now placing English instructions. Great property and close to the beach.

Great place! Had 2 bedroom bungalow with another couple and felt plenty of space and privacy. Pool is very clean and good size with lovely patio. No dish soap, no hand soap, only a shampoo/body wash gel in the shower. All towels provided for bath and kitchen. Free shuttle every morning to nice large supermarket for food and supplies.

Property location is very convenient and close to the beach. Territory kept very clean. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. Room needs fresh paint but equipped very well. Definitely will be back.

Not on beach. Ac only in bedroom. No screens on windows and doors in rooms with no ac .mosquitoes.

This was our first family mini vacation and we chose this place because of the location as we wanted to be as close as possible to the Sea Aquarium. We definitely enjoy this place very much not only the location but the accommodation itself was excellent and perfect for our family, not crowded, the bugalow was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We highly recommend this place.

Location of the property was perfect for Mambo Beach. Staff was very friendly. Prompt changing beach towels first thing, coming back to tidy up the room later. Negatives - they only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper for entire stay. When you run out you are left with buying more from a store. Also NOT provided was soap of any kind, dish soap or bathroom soap. The toilet paper clause was in the fine print of the resort however when on vacation, these 2 items are not on the list of things to bring with us. Even with these 2 issues, this was a pleasant experience and will be staying with again.

The staff was wonderful, the location was great, it was beautiful!!! and it’s across the street from the beach! the rooms are clean and nice and big. we stayed in a two bedroom villa, my daughters stayed in one bedroom with two queen beds with their own bathroom my husband and I stayed in the king bedroom with our own bathroom. our back door opened up to gorgeous views. Across the street there was tons of food and things to do at mambo beach. Excellent!! We will stay here again

A fuse blew on day 2, so had no AC for one night. They fixed it the next day. Tons of tiny sugar ants everywhere. Couldn't seem to get rid of them. Even found them in my suitcase when we got home. Felt like the room wasn't Super clean to begin with, but they did come clean every other day. The location was great, right across the street from Mambo Beach which has everything you need for a great tropical vacation. You could easily just go there every day. There is a ride in the parking lot of Mambo beach called "Beach Party" it BLARES crazy music every other night til midnight. I mean its so loud it sounds like you are playing it on your stereo in your room. Didn't stop me from falling asleep though, the beach wears you out! Also there are no blankets on the bed or in the room. Only sheets. I was cold from the AC, because my husband likes it cold. Wished I had a blanket.
