This hotel at a higher point in Chefchaouen has some absolutely amazing views. The grounds spacious and the staff was beyond accommodating. I went with a travel group of 7 and honestly any issues with room, WiFi or food was quickly taken care of and resolved. The manager, ANASS, was on point and really took pride in providing excellent service all around. We had an issue with flights and he allowed us to use the main lobby until it was resolved and offered solutions. He had a buffet style breakfast (which like some of the pictures does have a bee problem 🐝) however me personally I have no issues. There was huge variety of breads, meats, cheese, jams, teas and if you wanted something made fresh (like eggs over easy) it was done promptly. Dinners came with a decent serving size, tasty, and a decent variety, deserts were also up to par. We didn’t have time for the pool however they were all filled and clean. The aesthetics of the outdoor and cafe area could be updated, however the rooms were comfy and well air conditioned. The bathrooms had a well water smell nothing too crazy we are in the countryside so it’s to be expected. The sunrise here was absolutely breathtaking. I loved every bit of it. It was also fairly close to the blue city and the hike for at god’s bridge. Definitely great place for content. I was also told there is horses and peacocks on premises. Definitely recommend!!

Well… first of all sorry for this negative rate, but i have to be honest… My parents and I, we stayed in this place for one night as we love to experience the countryside of the cities in quiet places will full board package as relaxation (since we were coming from far) I have checked the google reviews of this place (which is fake it seems family favor comments) And I have texted the place directly to see if the prices will be better than online, since it was Ramadan and i wanted to clarify the package as it wasn’t there as an option The lady she recommended a package for 3 Adults (Iftar+Suhoor) included taxes total as MAD1600 ≈ GBP125.00 ≈ EUR150.00 Anyway as per the pictures i watched from online and their posts I said : it ok acceptable even its quiet expensive for the low session and place itself. *The way is not that perfect to reach there. *The place itself is not that great as it looks in the pictures *The food is really poor and small portions (specially Iftar nothing special, mini tagines not even for one person and so salty) *The staff they are respectful, however it seems they don’t have background of customer service or hospitality (I asked the two ladies in the reception about the menu for Iftar & Suhoor options, unfortunately they haven’t any idea of what is the availability in the restaurant) * The facilities nothing opened or available yet (No pool, No Garden, No mini fridge in room…etc) As an advice to the owner if you would like to keep this prices, please fix few things as follow : 1- I paid using my VISA card and till now no one share with me the confirmation of my bill payment, so i will claim it back from my bank as this is illegal in Europe!! 2- Train your staff or your family (it looks for me as it is family business) for better info and customer service 3- fixed the facilities or maintain them for this prices the guest does not need to come over and find it by himself and wait for your staff to fixes, minor issues could be fixed earlier to avoid dissatisfaction of the customers. 4- don’t open the door for booking if the place is not ready yet or low session, as it would reflect negative to your reputation Last and not least compare your prices with other farms or 5 stars hotels around the country!!

We had an amazing time at this charming hotel. The staf where really friendly and kind. I totaly recommend this place.

Bad place in the middle of nowhere. Not for tourists. The reviews don’t seem legit to me. No WiFi, the place is still under renovation. Very expensive.
