An unforgettable stay! The facility and location were breathtaking, making our four days in Polignano truly magical. Carola, the owner, was an exceptional host, ensuring every detail was perfect. Her entire team was professional and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Each morning, we enjoyed a phenomenal breakfast prepared by Maria, a dedicated member of the staff since day one. Carola’s attentiveness, fantastic restaurant and activity recommendations, and quick responses made our experience even more remarkable. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Location, cleanliness , great guest service, amazing breakfast, this place has it all. Our host Carola was extremely helpful. She took care of boat reservations, restaurant reservation and took into consideration breakfast dietary restrictions. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip!

Being nomadic travellers, I can honestly say this was the first BnB accommodation I have not wanted to leave. Federico (the owners son) was the perfect charismatic host during our stay, his Sister Carola also - she shared lots of tips for our stay in Polignano. Our room was spotless, comfy and tastefully decorated. Location is perfect - inside the old city and close to shops, cafes, restaurants. Lastly we ate like Kings n Queens from the buffet breakfast, fresh fruit, homemade breads, cakes and cheeses. Every day differed. Do not be foolish and book a standard hotel. We will be back for sure.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Quintessence Luxury Domus! The location is perfect — central, convenient, and close to everything I needed. The space itself was beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What really made the stay special was the host, Carola. She was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed in the Superior Room with Balcony, which is on the 2nd floor. The room, although very well designed (about 15 m2) felt quite cramped. No one else has mentioned it in any review so I thought it important that I did, there is a street bar directly below the hotel, so we could hear all the shouting and laughter very clearly, with the double glazed’ windows closed, which made it impossible to sleep before it closed after 1am.
