my friend and I book 2 seperate room and Hotel.com contact person confirmed with me availability of 2 but when we arrived, only one room left. Althrough nearly 20 phone call to the hotline, no reply by now. It's the worst expierience I need an explanation.

The staff was so kind and the swimming pool amazing!
