The staff was very responsive but small numbers compared to guests. Room needed some repair, but most places in Kenya do.

Very friendly staff, the front desk lady was great and the dining area ladies were very welcoming. The manager greetings to me showed how welcoming they are. Great job.

Property was under construction, and room had nothing too cool down, however staff try the best to get is the fan.

The staff are all quite friendly. The facility is clean. The food served is fairly good. The shower and sink are sub standard. The parking area is quite small.
