Very easy to find, close to food sources, clean room, no smell.

The receptionist supported us to leave our luggage at the hotel and helped us check in and out quickly. The hotel is a bit small but fully equipped, clean, and cleaned every day. I recommend staying here when coming to Taipei because it is very close to the train station for transportation.

Good hotel, easy to travel, good bathroom, automatic system and spray hose, many elevators but not all can go to the desired floor, confused about the elevator, the elevator is old and slow, there is no floor selector, if we press down and someone presses up, the elevator will go up to pick up all the people before taking us down, which means standing in circles. The room is ok but the room plan is a bit strange, the head must face the bathroom, the other side of the head is on the same side as the charger (I think). The floor is quite dirty easily and may have a musty smell because it is carpet.

The walls are quite thin, but if the room next door is not noisy, you can hardly hear anything. The transportation is convenient and the city is connected to the MRT.

Very close to the main station, just cross the street. The room is okay, suitable for families, comfortable. TV channels are okay. Bottled water, coffee, tea are refilled. The room was also cleaned even though I forgot to order it when I left. I definitely want to stay here again, for the price it's quite average.

The location is very good, easy to access and close to Taipei station. What needs to be improved is the friendliness of the staff and the lighting in the room, where most of the rooms are without handles so they need sufficient lighting.

Clean and good location but checked in at 5pm is a bit late.

I stayed for 7 nights, but the sheets and other things were only changed once and the carpet floor was not vacuumed every day, it was obvious from the hair that was still falling out.

Room was quite small but location is great.

Check in and check out took not much time. Even though I didn't put on the cleaning sign at the door knob, they did the cleaning for me everyday. I noticed that the staff who made my bed maybe different day by day from the way they do with the blanket differently (or if they are the same person, maybe they like to change the mood😆). I'm totally surprised with how spacious the room is! It took like 10 steps to go the bathroom and you can sleep in that big bathroom if you want. One complain is that the room is not sound proof at all. I can hear chitchat sound from my right side neighbor and the water sound from the other side. I think my neighbor could hear me typing on my laptop when I put my laptop on the desk too.

There are too few receptionists. The service is not timely. The mood is not cheerful. The room is very small. The floor is carpeted. It doesn't feel very clean.

The hotel is very good. It is next to the MRT and is convenient to travel around. I would like to deduct 1 star because the check-in time was too late.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to Taipei Main Station, making it easy to travel anywhere. The hotel is clean, and the staff provide excellent service. If I have the chance to visit Taipei again, I would choose to stay here.
