The property feels very secure and safe. The location is very convenient. Rooms are cleaned daily and the property is very clean as well. The staff are very friendly and very helpful specially Raul who works at the front desk, Christian and Jesus. The free breakfast is delicious. The stairs leading to my 3rd floor room are a little bit steep. You just have to be extra careful.

Considering a price and location, I think it was a good price. Rooms are small, but we use them only for sleep. Staff is very friendly, and breakfast very good

Clean room, friendly stuff, good breakfast, good value overall. But no hot water and no heating in the room, and the room was cleaned without warning me so my belongings were not stored properly for safety.

Nice view. Breakfast was very basic and not the greatest and not exactly your tourist/travel desk like other places arpund town. Nice and quiet. The water smelled very musty coming out of the shower.

In the evening it took five minutes for the water to turn warm, in the morning no such luck. It stayed cold.

Superior staff. Room was a bargain and worth what I paid for it. Breakfast was good but a bit limited for a gf diet. Convenient location to explore the historic center. Just know it’s not a safe area at night. I had no issues as a solo woman during the day.

Hôtel très bien situé, le stationnement est juste à côté en fait la rue est un sens unique, il est juste avant, non répertorié sur les cartes. La chambre était très propre, l’eau chaude première nuit a bien fonctionné, le lendemain moins bien. Le petit déjeuner se compose d’un jus de fruit, café tout les 2 excellent, le repas est sandwich au fromage jambon avec scamble eggs.

Clean and conveniently located family hotel for a few days in Quito. Four of use fit in one room, and its private patio was nice. The water was hot and the included breakfast was reliable. There was street noise, but it was worth it to be just a few blocks from the main plaza.
