Very profession and always eager to help staff

Nice staff, clean room

The stay was good. Except that the bathroom lacked aminities and supplies. The soap pump and shampoo were empty all throughout the stay

I didn’t like the food. They make good pizza, though.

Very bad: i was downgraded in my room. Plus room was cold. No heating

The staff is great, but the old hotel could use some updates, first there is a communal iron for the entire hotel that needs to be used in the hallway, I think the hotel can do better and invest in having at least more iron so folks don’t have to go down to the fifth floor to do their iron, this is pretty standard, a couple of bottles of courtesy water every once in a while go along way, as well… Also, the breakfast buffet is rather unimaginative outside of pastries, it’s the same Rony eggs and two different kinds of sausages every day… Brazil is fantastic country with great and imaginative Gastronomy, they can do better than this

Staff is great, but hotel could use an upgrade to the breakfast, it is unimaginative and rather mundane, Brazil has much better food to offer than this….. Also having ONE communal iron for the entire hotel (on the fifth floor,) is just not good enough

Nice. But the clogded drain in the shower box was terrible

The hotel is probably the best in the city, have stayed here several times. Its centrally located, and a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre. The only down side was that they used to offer a more complete bathroom amenities, now its been limited. Even so would stay here again.

Hotel food was excellent and located in a convenient location overall. The staff was attentive and their overall service was great. I plan to stay at this hotel on future visits.

Costumo viajar para locais nacionais e internacionais, me parece que em geral a cidade de navegantes não preza por seus visitantes, fui mal atendido no hotel, nos restaurantes e outros lugares, acho até que eu fui fazer um favor para a cidade em visitá-la e gastar meu dinheiro! Sugestão: os estabelecimentos precisam urgentemente de um treinamento para cuidar de seus turistas, é mais difícil mantê-los do que imaginam! Pensem que eu vou repensar se voltarei um dia e certamente viu compartilhar a experiência com amigos e familiares! #sebrae pode ajudá-los!

Courteous staff with great focus on customer satisfaction. Modern, comfortable and spacious rooms. Bar and restaurant serving high quality buffet and menu selections. All around great property, conveniently located near the Port of Itajai and commercial district.

During these times service isn't as usual, but they have taken the necessary precautions. The breakfast still has a good spread and other dining options are still available. Even the room had little touches of precautionary measures. All in all, they are hotel that puts your mind at ease and the bed is one of the most comfortable ones I've had.

The rooms are comfortable and quiet, even when facing the port. Breakfast is good. It is walking distance for the ferry to Navegantes. The F&B staff are very jovial and they make you feel at home. If you are interested in the shopping area it is also walking distance with a couple of touristic places in the vicinity.

The hotel is new and situated behind a shopping mall. Its location is perfect for those in the shipping industry as everything is nearby, moreover the view of the harbour is spectacular. Breakfast is a good spread, the restaurant serves good seafood. Furthermore the amenities will suffice for any travellers needs. The only negative is that parking isn't included and rates are rather high.

The stuff ... everyone that works there is a excelente employee... they working hard... polite... educated and very humble people ... I really appreciate the way I was treated there... and I recommend for everyone that is thinking in visiting Itajai in Brazil ...

Hotel impecável. Único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro que não é muito confortável. Melhor atendente do bar é a Aline (não desmerecendo os outros!), uma pessoa muito gentil e acolhedora! Se a oportunidade se apresentar, retornaremos sim!
