Staff is veey friendly

No meio do inverno, eles mantenham os quartos como uma geladeira. É proposital, e pelo preço que paguei, é ser muito pão duro não permitir a gente aquecer o quarto.

The stay was good. Except that the bathroom lacked aminities and supplies. The soap pump and shampoo were empty all throughout the stay

The staff is great, but the old hotel could use some updates, first there is a communal iron for the entire hotel that needs to be used in the hallway, I think the hotel can do better and invest in having at least more iron so folks don’t have to go down to the fifth floor to do their iron, this is pretty standard, a couple of bottles of courtesy water every once in a while go along way, as well… Also, the breakfast buffet is rather unimaginative outside of pastries, it’s the same Rony eggs and two different kinds of sausages every day… Brazil is fantastic country with great and imaginative Gastronomy, they can do better than this

Staff is great, but hotel could use an upgrade to the breakfast, it is unimaginative and rather mundane, Brazil has much better food to offer than this….. Also having ONE communal iron for the entire hotel (on the fifth floor,) is just not good enough

The hotel is probably the best in the city, have stayed here several times. Its centrally located, and a 5 minute walk to the shopping centre. The only down side was that they used to offer a more complete bathroom amenities, now its been limited. Even so would stay here again.

Hotel food was excellent and located in a convenient location overall. The staff was attentive and their overall service was great. I plan to stay at this hotel on future visits.
