Very well located but very old fashion.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, very easy check-in/check-out process, and they will hold your bag(s) after your stay!

The hotel is only a block away from the center square and nearby restaurants and shopping centers. The room and bathroom were spacious. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Central location near Sukhbaatar Square can’t be beat. Helpful staff, full breakfast served between 4:00 and 10:00 am, clean and comfortable room.

The stay at Hotel Nine was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel shows some wear and tear in spots, and the bed was really hard. But the room was large and the bathroom/shower was too. The staff are all efficient and courteous. I had zero Mongolian language skills, but most had good English and the rest used translator apps with me. The breakfast buffet was excellent when they had it, but on days ordering off the menu (still free) was good but not great - the choices were limited and only average quality. The location of the hotel was awesome! Very walkable with bus stops within a couple blocks. Convenience store across the street and restaurants all around the block. If we go back, we'll stay here again.

Moquette is white and seems no clean, breakfast improved, standard Room with no warehouse, no good lighting from outside..great position

The manager is wonderful. She has a great deal of experience and is a wonderful conversationalist. The staff are kind and courteous. Breakfast is very good. The room was really nice. The hotel isn't a chain which, for me is a plus.

A basic hotel, kind of upscale backpacker. Monotonous breakfast, no restaurant/bar, unreliable internet, kind of shabby rooms, unreliable refill of minibar…. But, suite there for less than price of room next door at Tuvshin. Great for walking

Location is great, one block far from the main square and the heart of the city. The room had everything we needed and was very silent. Breakfast was ok

The room was compact but good for one person. It seems like they don’t wash the teapot.. But the staffs were kind and fluent in English, and tried their best to help visitors. They make taxi reservation to the airport which is 120000 MNT or $36, only in cash. If you want to use ubus, they make a call for you. It’s 30000 MNT so much cheaper, but be ware they may not be timely.. I waited more than an hour.

A basic business hotel (though mostly used by tourists). Much cheaper than neighboring Best Western (got a suite for the price of a standard room at BW/Tuushin). Breakfast is included but unimpressive. As a hotel often used by small tour groups, it could run out of some items rather early in the morning.
