Metro Hotel Couva had a beautiful breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely helpful answering questions. Love the poolside vibes. I would definitely start again

Just okay

Noise from nearby pub and air conditioning. Large clean room. Friendly staff

The bathroom has mold.

Very quiet place. Staff is approachable

Overall this property is ideally located in Couva which allowed for ease in getting to those areas within the vicinity that we needed to get to. The staff was also very pleasant and helpful. We felt very safe also. So kudos to the management.

The staff was very friendly, the room was very large and the service was excellent.

The room was spacious and clean. The plumbing fixtures under the sink could be hidden or enclosed. The dead lock on my door was working so I felt a bit insecure. No coffee or tea in the room. My room was not made up upon checkin. Was transferred to another building for one night. This was disappointing and inconvenient.
