There is private parking. There is a secure entry that has a separate lock. The site is very nice with lots of greenery. The host is very nice and accommodating. This property is back in a neighborhood. My first night there was some loud noises coming from the neighbors vehicle. Other than that the room is nice, the air conditioning is cold and the shower and bathroom were very nice. I walked about 10 minutes to some local restaurants.

Well located within walking distance 20 mins to beach and restaurants. Quiet peaceful location. Host helpful and invested in well being and satisfaction of guests.

The room was clean and spacious for 2 people, the outside patio/garden was beautiful and set up for such a relaxing stay!

Brisas studio apartments was a wonderful find for our 1 night stay in Aruba ( we came a night earlier because of a snowstorm).Gaston met us upon arrival and everything went well . The apartment was clean , cozy and had all the amenities we would need . Thank you Gaston !

Gaston the owner is s pure gentleman. My unit was spotless, good security and communication on arrival and departure clear. I recommend this rental to anyone.

Beach towels and snorkeling kit provided was a very nice plus. Extremely welcoming and pleasant stay. Would recommend if renting a car and looking for quiet place to stay near all the best beaches.

Our stay was great and we especially loved the dog and cat on property! They were so sweet. The pool is great and lots of seating outside our room and the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay.

The property is wonderful. My apartment was perfect. It had everything I needed/wanted. Gaston went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, including picking me up at the airport himself! Thank you, it was greatly appreciated! I would recommend renting a car if staying here. You can hire a taxi, or walk, but the heat and humidity makes me miserable. The cost of hiring a taxi will add up quickly. I hadn't planned on renting a car, but I know myself, and I like to explore where I travel. I ended up getting a car, and have no regrets.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Brisas Apartment Aruba! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and right at home. The apartment was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully arranged, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and clean bathroom. I loved the fact that property had a hammock. The location was ideal — it being a short drive or walk to stunning beaches like Eagle Beach and Palm Beach, as well as restaurants and shops. Thank you Gaston for making my stay that much more pleasant.

We loved everything about Brisas Studio Apts. From arrival to checkout. BRISAS is full of charm and very cozy. Thank Gaston, Marlon & Chaco (pet dog) for majing our stay special. We will be back!

The property is an oasis of relaxation! They were happy to store our luggage for our early arrival, and even gave us beach chairs, towels and snorkeling gear for our beach trip! We returned to find our luggage delivered to our room. We only stayed one night, but we greatly enjoyed our stay. It is a little bit off the beaten path, but you can easily get to Palm Beach for dinner and escape the noise back at the apartments.

The property was BEAUTIFUL. Lovely garden and really nice accommodation. Will definitely be staying here again when returning to Aruba.

Very nice condo-style property within short distance of Palm Beach. The grounds were very nice, and the room comfortable. The unit we got was on the smaller side with a tiny bathroom, although I'm not sure if all the units are the same, as there was no choice available other than the standard apartment. Minor lack of amenities in the kitchen, so cooking larger meals would be difficult. Overall good for the price, however.

Wonderful quiet, restful hideaway. Great tropical garden setting. Lovely cool patio to eat at or have cup of coffee. Gaston was a wonderful host.

We stayed for one night at Brisas before checking into our bnb. The place is quaint and well maintained with beautiful garden. The small kitchenette and comfy bed were great. Bathroom is small but served us well for our short stay. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Would stay here again!
