This property is absolutely beautiful! A true oasis in the middle of nowhere. A special thank you to the manager, Rihab, and Mr. Ahmed, who assisted with our luggage; both were incredible and made us feel welcome. However, we had an incredibly difficult night due to a persistent sewage smell in our room. We were moved at 2:00 AM to a second room, only to find the heater was broken. In December, this was freezing and unacceptable, resulting in a third room move in a single night. While the staff tried their best and we appreciated their efforts, these issues were disappointing given the premium price. When paying for a one-of-a-kind experience, you expect the basics to be seamless. It’s a gorgeous location, but travelers with high expectations should be aware of these potential technical lapses.

Super location in harmony with the environment. Great welcoming, great swimming pool, great big and very clean room, excellent and big rain shower. Very quiet and spacious room, superb and quiet AC Great buffet dinner and breakfast

Beautiful luxury resort. The hammam ritual was wonderful. Security is good as well. Service was so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, beautiful, large and well appointed. I enjoyed my meal at Saraba though it was pricey, but for a buffet with many excellent options and grilled lamb chops, steak or merguez. Other nights we went into Tozeur to eat. Although more disconnected from local culture than our other hotel stays in Tunisia, it was a bit of a respite from our travels, as a woman, to be able to relax a bit in our attire as well and enjoy Western facilities in a resort.

Amazing hotel, Amazing staff. Great cost benefit relationship. Highly recommended. Tozeur itself, not a nice city or much to do. The worth visiting places are somewhat far away.

Limited food varieties and quality is just average for a 5 star hotel, Spa closed at 5 pm and activity programmes very limted.

The property and location were heavenly! The service and staff were professional and every detail was impeccable. Mekong restaurant was phenomenal and breakfast as well. The Spa was one of the best, desert voyage was once in a life time experience - generally speaking, a perfect place! Only suggestion is to have more dining options and room service food was not edible.

The manager is exceptional and his kind spirit is reflective in all his staff, we were taken care of as if each one of us was the only guest. Most of the staff was very lovely!! Was really Not convenient for food especially vegetarian meals unfortunately Had some issue but management tried to fix it! Reception,bellman,bar, cleaning staff and restaurant staff was very nice and kind!! Little pricy for what they offer! But it was worth for the kind employee they had! Thx

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff truly went above and beyond to help us during our stay (Kadhija, Ahmed, and Mohammed were especially helpful.) The grounds are beautiful and there are many amenities. Our room was especially comfortable. The food was good, and our complementary breakfast was delicious.

Everything was perfect, great service very kind staff, i’ve enjoyed the basketball court and the fact that you can find bikes to ride everywhere. It was a great experience and this is by far the best hotel in Tunisia.

I like the location and the staff did a great job. Very friendly. Will definitely return.
