Great location. Very good breakfast. Would be better if coffee or tea in the room, andone more chair.

I loved staying in this hotel, location is great, safe, modern but simple, a nice park in front, shops nearby, friendly staff.

Location is great. We got a room on the 4th floor with a view to the park and the Palacio Paz. However, the level of noise from the street is annoying. Early in the morning trucks park in front of the hotel to load boxes in and out of Palacio Paz for at least one hour. Our bed was two twin beds but together and without enough blankets or covers. During the night, you could hear a pumping noise coming from somewhere in the hotel. There was not hot water in the shower. The blackout curtains did not work properly. As in any hotel, I was expecting complimentary water bottles in the room for arriving guests, but no. Breakfast is included, but be ready to have breakfast in a room full of picnic tables and convention chairs.

The breakfast was excellent with much variety. The front desk personal were very helpful and spoke English well. Lucca seemed to go out of his way the most to be helpful. Great location!

This property was perfect for our stay in Buenos Aires. It is close to many things, so it is walkable. The staff was very accommodating as they spoke both English and Spanish. They helped us with anything we needed.

A+++, great location. The staff were very professional, helpful, and kind. Reception was always available to help with requests. Overall 10/10!

It is a comfortable and clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is nice. Good area and close to parks and restaurants and shopping.

Great location, helpful staff.

The hotel building has history all to itself, and right next-door to the military museum. There are some vagrants around the park, which is pretty much standard anywhere in the world. I’ll be back in Buenos Aires next week and I will be staying at this hotel again. Very good value for the price paid. The front desk staff of Luca, Anabella and Martina are are bi/multi-lingual, were friendly and always helpful. Luca saved me a big problem by thinking ahead for me and checking on a reservation for a ride to a restaurant show. If he had not done that I would’ve been late for my event. It has a good breakfast and the restaurant staff keeps everything very clean and quickly clears tables. It is the exact same offerings every day, which was my only negative as I was there for five days. But there are plenty of coffee shops, and restaurants within just a few blocks if desired. Towels and sheets were spotless and bright white, a bed that was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Close to shopping area all within walking distance

I'd thought I'd ordered a suite with a balcony, but our large room with a sofa was fine. The breakfast was identical each day of our six-day stay, but delicious. Sunny dining area, very knowledgeable staff always near the front desk. Remember your Type I ("eye") plug adapter, Argentina's the only S. American country to use it. The hotel lent us one, thank you. Metro is a block away, as are many buses in a dedicated lane. Safe, busy neighborhood. Thanks, Luca, for the half-price early morning check-in. Very clean, quiet, comfortable room with a great city view.
