Room was clean and comfortable, Staff amazing! The Italian restaurant was really good. I will stay there again.

Simple. Amazing!

The staff in the restaurant Il Forno were very good. The bed was comfortable in the room. The hotel room needed improvement, the bathroom smelled really bad, the mini split did not work and the lamps and top shelf of the closet needed dusting.. The room was quiet and comfortable overall.

Hotel is really nice, and great facilities. The only "bad" thing will be that hotel is over the hill and it is not ideal to walk out or walk in for some sightseeing, but is close to the downtown by car.

Rooms are nicely decorated and cozy.

Very beautiful hotel…. My room 104 was very noisy. BUT the food is wow!!!!! The staff very very nice.

The property is simply gorgeous! So clean and well maintained. The staff is very nice, helpful and courteous. The room was beautiful, bed super comfortable. We ordered in-room breakfast in the morning and the food was delicious. Also had dinner there and the pasta was by far the best I ever had in Mexico (been here over 30 times). Centro is an 8 min Uber ride from the hote so it didn't"t matter that we were a little bit out. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone and will go back there on my next trip to Morelia. One of my new favorite hotel!

Loved the hotel. Food was incredible

A little noisy with loud music from the restaurant and the room faced the carpark, room otherwise very comfortable (although two lamps not working). The staff and facilities are fantastic.

La habitación es amplia, cómoda y súper limpia… la atención es muy buena

La zona está bien. No conocí mucho y se siente segura. El personal muy amable pero un poco lento y desordenado en el restaurante. La comida estaba bien pero no tiene opciones sin queso o light lo cual fue difícil para mí debido a que estaba en un detox. Tuve que adaptarme al menú. Mi cuarto muy bonito, limpio y agradable.

Muy mal, terrible. Mucho ruido de en la habitación, el ruido de la calle entra a la habitación y no permite dormir bien, ni estar cómodo en ella. La habitación muy oscura, no tiene suficiente luz. El hotel utiliza sus amenidades para hacer eventos por lo que los huéspedes no pueden hacer uso de dichas amenidades. Ademas el ruido de los eventos también se escucha en las habitaciones. El restaurante es muy malo, la comida de pésima calidad, el servicio terrible, las sillas incómodas. Pésimo hotel. No lo recomiendo nada.
