My family had a wonderful 2-day, 1-night stay at the hotel (this is my third time returning). The rooms were great, the pool was beautiful, and the kids loved it. The staff were friendly and helpful. Especially on check-out day, although the checkout time was 12 PM, because my child still wanted to swim, I asked if we could check out at 2 PM, and the hotel readily agreed without any extra charge. It was a small detail, but it made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you to the hotel and the staff. My family had a fantastic vacation! ❤️

The service was terrible, and the room was very clean: the towels were old and torn, the air conditioning was inconsistent, and the bathroom mirror was dirty and uncleaned. I booked a premium room on a high floor and requested a double room, but when I received it, it was just a standard twin room with no view, located right on the ground floor and obscured by trees. I couldn't see the sea at all. I will not return.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, providing thoughtful and dedicated assistance with luggage storage and early check-in. The air conditioning in Family Room 1114 seemed to have a problem; please ask the hotel to check it (the default setting is 23 degrees and cannot be adjusted). The breakfast buffet was standard, with a decent selection of dishes. The atmosphere was great, and the music playing in the hallway was excellent. The gym was standard, clean, and well-equipped with towels and drinking water.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are tidy, and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient, suitable for both business and leisure. A good experience. The service is good, check-in is quick, the rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities. The price is reasonable compared to the quality.

The hotel is suitable for families with young children because the surrounding area is mostly filled with children's voices and is quite noisy. The rooms are very small, only big enough for backpacks, suitcases, and sleeping space. The breakfast buffet is only average, not outstanding, and it's crowded and cramped. In terms of price, it's average to high.

Good location. Breakfast buffet is a plus. The swimming pool on the rooftop is very cool. My room is on the 3rd floor and its drainage is bad. Quite noisy on the weekend in the hallway since the soundproof is not a big deal in Vietnam. The staff was nice to let me check in before 2 PM. Very walkable area compared to many other cities in Vietnam

The staff were friendly and helpful with late check-out. The breakfast was delicious but lacked variety. The pool and poolside drinks were tasty, affordable, and budget-friendly. I will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just across the road from the beach. I liked the sea-view rooms and the beautiful design. Since my family booked two rooms, the hotel staff arranged for them to be next to each other with a connecting door. The restaurant is also very nice and has a wide variety of buffet options. Thank you, Bao, for giving my family a drink voucher for the Lunar New Year. We will return when we have the chance.

The location and facilities of the hotel are very good, the lobby and restaurant space is very nice and airy. However, the room is a bit small even though it is premium class (I stayed in room 718), the toilet exhaust fan is very weak so the toilet will smell bad if the door is not open. Breakfast has few dishes

Every time I go to Vung Tau, I choose Ibis, right on the beach, clean hotel, delicious food, lovely staff, there is a place for children to play.

Windows are so dirty. Ocean view room but couldn't see outside clearly 😭.

I have experienced many things but this ibis is really bad. The bathroom has minimal toothbrushes and tools and they are brought up only when customers call. The service is terrible. I never want to come again.

Friendly staff, the receptionist is very nice. Asked if I would wait long because the reception time was quite crowded.
