The level of noise and commotion in the room above us was unbearable. Running jumping yelling screaming etc. Hotel mgmt. Tried to call the occupants but they would not pick up the phone. We were staying there as my wife was recovering from a hip replacement.

I really liked how the rooms were really clean and the sheets were properly washed I usually break out all over my body but here I didn’t have a single reaction

Toilet had to be flushed once and then flushed again to refill the water in it. Shower water pressure was non-existent and would drip water onto the metal drain cover for hours after being turned off. There was no body wash in the shower either. Parking was either expensive or impossible to find

This is our 3rd time at this location. Great place, great staff and beautuflly kept.

Our room on this property for the price was amazing in size and cleanliness. If in the area, would definitely come back!

They did an excellent job. Everything was amazing. We stayed there for a night for basketball tournament. Customer service was great and they’re all friendly. They are not strict with visitors unlike other hotels lol. Overall visit was great! 😊

Nice place for extended stay. Shower faucet not enough water pressure and no fan only for a/c unit!

Really nice room with kitchenette. Pool was tiny and not great. Nice free breakfast. It would be nice if at check in they told you where pool was and all the details of the hotel, as there is nothing in room explaining anything about the spa, grounds, etc.

I stayed a 2nd night and I was double charged. And she didn’t get it !

The property was amazing and had good amenities. The hotel room felt like an apartment! It had a kitchen with everything you need to be able to cook, and a living room area! It’s mostly quiet at night as well. Broadway plaza is a mile away and had so many good stores to shop at. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location. The valet was not available to park cars and there was nothing in the main lot but parking on the street was easy.

Nice place with great facilities. Be aware of the $35/day charge for valet parking. There's nowhere else to park in this area.

At check in we were asked what kind of room we wanted: no elevator? Close to dining? Quiet? Etc. We got a beautiful room with views of Mt Diablo and a small corner with kitchen counter!
