The room was very spacious and located in the city center, close to the market and food area. The air conditioning was very cold, but the carpet was quite dirty and the TV wasn't working.

We were not informed of the self-check in process nor the check in instructions. Hotel replied they simply “forgot” to email us …. Not recommend travelers with big luggage as there were not elevator and you have to climb countless stairs. Rooms were outdated. Sheets/blanket/towels were dirty.

The best and sweetest family room I've ever been. Very close to Pu Dam market.
