The hotel is very difficult to access especially during the rainy season when we were there, due to poor access road conditions. The heavy rains flooded my room, but the hotel staff came to clean it up and tried their best to address the problem. Prices at the restaurant are expensive compared to other locations in Lome. However, the hotel has many good sides, and when the weather is good, it is probably very beautiful.

Nice place if you want to go to the beach, but too far from many things. Need some renovation in the room

Nice beach, confortable bed, lovely gardens food is great, however shower was broken and bed sheets didn’t smell clean. If these can be fix would be lovely. To reach property are not pretty surroundings once you even the hotel safety is not an issue

Right on the beach! Beautiful, calm, clean Hôtel! They had a play area for the children. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We’ll be returning for another nights stay.

I love this hotel as it sits on the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is the best part of staying at this hotel. The food is good, but they could really improve their quality of coffee, it is subpar

Beachfront location was soothing. Away from the grind of daily life. Entry to the location however quite scary as first time.

Just came back from a three week trip through West Africa and New Robinson Plage was easily one of the best places that I stayed at. It was very evident that great care was taken to carve out such an extraordinary haven of peace and quiet. Rooms, food and welcome were superb and I would really suggest that nobody misses this hotel when in Lome. Bon voyage!

Very good value food excellent

A small paradise among the chaos of Lome. Scary neighborhood but safe inside with security at all times. Excellent food, good Wifi, plenty of hot water, and good service. Rough water at the beach but it is safer than other beaches because of an offshore reef.

Love that its so close to the waters and facility is clean and well maintained

Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the room was great. They were very helpful with suggestions to get me back over into Benin as well. If you are missing your fur baby they have a few to pet.

Not sure I want to give too good a rating or I won't find any room when I go to book ;) The restaurant has the best salads, sandwiches, sole, steaks and frites you'll find anywhere!

This is a lovely hotel! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place to stay near Lomé.

Very satisfied. Very clean rooms with air conditioning. Great food at the restaurant. Nice oasis right on the beach.

The stuff is not socialize and friendly She’s very rude and a racist
