Clean and efficient stay - room was lovely.

Happy we chose this hotel. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. They helped us with recommendations and directions to take the train to Zumaia and Hendaia, tapas and dinner recommendations. Hotel in great location, 15-20min walk to old Town or Gros area. Great experience. Would recommend.

Great hotel, spacious room nicely styled. With bathroom etc being at angles it is quite tricky to navigate in the dark if need to during the night. Spa is a nice feature to have in a city centre location. Staff extremely helpful and friendly would stay again.

I absolutely loved everything about this fantastic hotel!! The staff was amazing, the location perfect, one of the best breakfast buffets I've had and my room was really nice. I loved the roof deck for having a glass of wine and star gazing. I didn't take advantage of the spa but I heard nothing rave reviews from other guests. The staff was so great....got me a taxi in minutes every time I asked. I would stay here again and again. Thanks everyone for a wonderful visit!!

Beautiful clean room, great location walking distance from shopping and dining. Lovely pool deck for lounging, and incredibly warm and helpful staff! They gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations for our travel. Would absolutely visit again!

Open plan room is bad idea. No privacy in bathroom. Massive gaps might as well not have the glass door at all. Room service came at 17:00 and we left room at 10:00 , this is unacceptable. Spa and indoor pool available only by appointment unheard of. Location ok. Very bad english communication with staff.

Clean room, nice breakfast. Front desk staff, Miriam, the best. Gave Us a good recommendation and Isidro make a Restaurant reservation. Raquel is kind of rough to be in front desk but is ok. Great stay. Recommended.
