Spacious and tall ceilings with a full kitchen and dining room. Nice large bathroom. Pretty clean and comfortable but floors need to be replaced, ceiling needs sound insulation, and sofa bed mattress needs a mattress topper to be really usable (not provided).

The room we were originally assigned was dirty when we arrived. We arrived at 630pm and check in was 4pm so no reason for a dirty room. It then took over an hour and being disconnected 3 times to get a new a room. Catherine was the only helpful agent we spoke to who got the matter sorted for us. Our new room was clean and spacious. Then when we went to check out we could not get into the luggage storage and that took two more phone calls. Overall not having someone on property is not helpful. They should also have a place to replenish towels

We had a bad experience at this location. First, everything is basically self service. There is no level of customer service and there’s an egregious housekeeping charge. We were told that a pack n play will be in the apartment when we arrived but it wasn’t. After holding over 20 minutes we finally got a hold of a representative who said it would arrive immediately. An hour later when it still wasn’t there I followed up via text and was told it would arrive the next day which is not helpful as my son had nowhere to sleep. Finally they told me to go get one myself from the housekeepers closet instead of sending someone to bring it to me. When we asked for extra towels and sheets we were also told to go get it ourselves. It wasn’t available in the place we were told to get it so ultimately someone brought them to us the next day. Also the entire building and apartment is so noisy and has creaky floors. It literally feels like there are people walking inside your apartment when someone is out in the hallway or upstairs. This made for a very poor experience. I still do not have a resolve from the customer service team for our troubles and Marriott Bonvoy is useless as they just send you back to the Sonder customer service. Lastly, they said there is a code for the back door and the elevator but the back door was unlocked and often left wide open. There was no code for the elevator. This poses a huge security risk.

Our room was not ready for us. It appeared that the cleaner abandoned his work halfway through. There was a broom on the floor, cleaning chemicals on the kitchen counter and no bedsheets. We were unable to stay in the room without bedsheets. When we called for help the lady we spoke with was very nice but unable to reach the cleaners or help us. We eventually gave up as could not stay in a dirty room without bedsheets and had kids to put to bed. Very disappointing. We need to be refunded.

The apartment in itself was beautiful. We enjoyed the layout of the apartment, the decor, and view to the downtown shops. The front and back doors were not locked/did not require the code that was provided. The elevator also did not require a code. This was concerning because there is a good size homeless population in the area and the security measures that were supposed to be in place, weren’t. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors activities… very very clearly.

It was noisy but ear phones were provided. (Construction and squeaky floors) The noise machine didn’t have a plug or batteries and the blow dryer literally sparked like an electric chair. But man it is massive I wish I had a whole week to really settle in. We looooove SONDER!! Looooved the luggage storage and zero contact check in and out.

It was my first time in Georgia from New York, so this stay was excellent for many reasons it’s near many things to do in the neighborhood, it was comfortable and secure. I wanted to extend my stay there unfortunately I couldn’t do that in time. That’s the only thing that I wish I could do. It’s amazing!! I want to do it again next time I come to Savannah Georgia.

Loved the property. Historic, creaky floors and beautiful brick. Very industrial vibe. Walkable to everything and close to bus line if needed. Would go back. There's a bit of noise but they give ear plugs to use if you wish.

Took a minute to be okay with taking a selfie to upload with driver's license to unknown people for checkout. The property was impeccable and in a great location. Walkable for everything. Should probably tell people with luggage to use rear door where the elevators are. Beautiful but steep steps (for luggage carrying) at front. Felt like home away from home. Loved having washer/dryer. Heard the neighbors which they may need to address.

All was well until the battery on the smoke detector was low. I adored the loud obnoxious beep from @ 1am until @ 9am. I went for a run at 10am. The staff came in and replaced the battery while I was out. They offered to cancel my reservation and credit my account in a chat. I am sure someone dreams of sitting the phone waiting for a response while on Holiday? I do not. In the end no compensation was made. No consideration of the inconvenience. I'll just say the costumer support team at this location is lacking in professionalism and hospitality. I hope it is not a company wide issue?

I usually stay with Sonder, but this stay in particular was not the best. I originally extended my reservation for another night, where I learned, I needed to transfer units because the other one was currently booked for an upcoming guest. I was transferred to a unit that was significantly smaller, (even though I booked the same room type)… the room itself felt picked over, you can tell there were originally paintings on the wall, but there was none…. There was no shower amenities in the shower, it took almost an hour for me to contact someone via chat.. to where I had to call someone to have it delivered.. after a long day, me and my family came back to the unit and undressed the sleeper sofa to find out there was no blanket.. when I reached out to customer service, they said a blanket would be delivered in 12 hours.. my family had to sleep uncomfortable for the night because there’s no possible way of having a blanket delivery. Customer service has been lack of, and had to deal with customer agents who are across seas.. very disappointing

The bed was horrible very low to the floor lumpy bed. The backdoor to the elevator was broken the 5 days and 4 nights we were there. Not enough towels or washcloths for our stay when I called to ask for more because they don't have anyone on site they sent us like 10 towels still no washcloths. But it was very clean and surprising quiet because the location. Which the location was great walking distance to just about everything we were wanting to do.
