Staff were friendly and helpful. They catered for my needs eg I was cold so they provided a heater

Amazing hotel from location, food, owner. It was the highlight of our stay in Armenia. Lucy the owner was so nice made us feel home and offered a great breakfast and Armenian coffee. The room was so elegant, huge and clean. It was more than a 5 stars hotel room

We had a great experience staying in this family hotel. It is newly renovated and comfortable, everything is clean and convenient. The owners are really welcoming and helpful, they give good advice and support with arranging things for you. The food is amazing, we ate there every day and the meals cooked very nicely, we enjoyed it a lot. The view from the restaurant is on the mountains which makes all the meals even more special. We would highly recommend this place.
